Support

Route the question through the right current workflow.

Gamecoder does not yet present a broad public support desk. The most reliable support path depends on whether you are reviewing school rollout, signing in as a student, or evaluating privacy and policy.

School rollout and access questions

If you are a principal, teacher, or school operator evaluating Gamecoder, use the request-access flow and include your rollout or policy questions there.

Student and classroom sign-in issues

Students should continue through the existing login flow with their classroom or school-provided credentials. This page is not a separate student help desk.

Privacy or policy review

Start with the privacy overview and school rollout pages, then route follow-up questions through the school access flow so they stay tied to the right context.

Parent or family questions

Families should start with the parent overview, then route concerns through the school and this support path if something needs review or removal.

Public Support Scope

This page is for routing, not pretending support maturity is further along than it is.

The goal of pass 2 is to make the public shell trustworthy and explicit. That means giving visitors a real next step, while still being honest that the school rollout and support model are maturing in parallel.

School rollout questions should stay attached to school context.

Students should still use the current login path.

Privacy and policy questions should start with the trust pages.

Parent concerns should route through the school plus the parent overview on this site.
